Yakla\u015f\u0131k 80.000 ki\u015fiyi kapsayan Yard\u0131mc\u0131 Hizmetler S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personeli, \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6revlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve ek g\u00f6stergelerinin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck belirlenmesi gibi sebeplerle \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131larla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum, ayl\u0131k \u00fccretleri ve emekli ayl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 stat\u00fcde g\u00f6rev yapan m\u00fcba\u015firler i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme, Yard\u0131mc\u0131 Hizmetler S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personeli aras\u0131nda da benzer bir uygulaman\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi talep edilmektedir. Bu istek, Anayasa’n\u0131n “Devlet… \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in gerekli tedbirleri al\u0131r” h\u00fckm\u00fcne dayand\u0131r\u0131larak ma\u011fduriyetlerin giderilmesi amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Yard\u0131mc\u0131 Hizmetler S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personeli, taleplerini i\u00e7eren sorular\u0131n \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakan\u0131 Vedat I\u015f\u0131khan taraf\u0131ndan yan\u0131tlanmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemektedir. Ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 zorluklar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bu personel grubu, adil ve e\u015fit bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 talep etmektedir.<\/p>\n

1) Yard\u0131mc\u0131 Hizmetler S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personelinin Genel \u0130dare Hizmetleri s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na ge\u00e7irilmesine y\u00f6nelik bir planlaman\u0131z mevcut mudur?<\/p>\n

2) Yard\u0131mc\u0131 Hizmetler S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 personeli i\u00e7in yasal mevzuatta bir i\u015f tan\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131n gerek\u00e7esi nedir? Bu eksikli\u011fin giderilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131z mevcut mudur?<\/p>\n
