Randevu verilmeyen bu arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z gibi t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n feryad\u0131n\u0131 rekt\u00f6r beyin duymas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Bu hastanenin personeli halen kendi hastanesinde tedavi olurken yatak \u00fccreti veriyor. En az\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 memnun etmek ya da ayr\u0131cal\u0131k hissetmesi amac\u0131yla belli bir oranda indirimli \u00fccret uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131labilinirdi!<\/p>\n<p>On Dokuz May\u0131s \u00dcniversitesi Hastanesi\u2019nde sorunlar sadece bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil tabi. Hizmet verdi\u011fimiz hasta ve hasta yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n memnuniyeti ve kaliteli hizmet i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli yeni birimler a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor ya da bu birimler b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor ancak yeni yerlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131n giyinme odalar\u0131, lavabo ve dinlenme odalar\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ve ayn\u0131 say\u0131da kalmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Bir giyinme dolab\u0131n\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015finin kullanmas\u0131, acil ve ameliyathane gibi yakla\u015f\u0131k 200 ki\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 birimlerde 15 -20 metre\u00b2 dinlenme odalar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131, tuvalet ve lavabolar\u0131n yetersiz kalmas\u0131 gibi fiziksel sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesini istiyoruz. \u0130nsana verilen de\u011fer neredeyse hi\u00e7 yok ve maalesef \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar kendilerine yara\u015f\u0131r bir muamele g\u00f6rmemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 artm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fundan toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma servisleri yetersiz kalm\u0131\u015f ve zaten g\u00fcn boyu yo\u011fun i\u015f temposunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z sabah i\u015fe gelirken ayakta gelmek, i\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 t\u00fcm yorgunluklar\u0131na ra\u011fmen tekrardan ayakta yolculuk yapmak zorunda kalmaktad\u0131rlar. Toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kalk\u0131\u015f saatlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n taleplerine g\u00f6re ayarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 kurumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n poliklinikte muayene \u00f6nceli\u011fi verilmesi taleplerimiz aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu uygulama ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda zaman tasarrufu sa\u011flanacak idari y\u00fck azalacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yemeklerin lezzeti, sa\u011fl\u0131k bilgisi ortam\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve d\u00fczenli denetim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve memnuniyeti a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6ner sermayede katk\u0131 pay\u0131ndaki belirsizlik giderilmelidir. Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda ayn\u0131 konumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n nerdeyse yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar \u00fccret alan fak\u00fclte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n ma\u011fduriyeti giderilmelidir. Di\u011fer \u00fcniversite hastanelerinde \u00f6zel ameliyat ve i\u015flem gelirinden personele pay verilmekte iken kurumumuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 bu konuda ma\u011fdur edilmekte ve bu ma\u011fduriyetin giderilmesi gerekmektedir. Verilen raporu kabul etmeyece\u011fiz demeye kimsenin hakk\u0131 yoktur. Bu durumu ya\u015fayan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her ne olursa olsun hangi sendikada olursa olsun muhakkak bizimle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7mesini istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu muameleyi hak etmeyen siz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda art\u0131k H\u00fcrriyet Sa\u011fl\u0131k-Sen var. Her devlet memurunun oldu\u011fu gibi sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n da y\u0131ll\u0131k izni planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi kullanma hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc bir durum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde yo\u011funluk nedeniyle izinden eleman \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmak ya<\/p>\n<p>da idari inisiyatif esast\u0131r diyerek ihtiya\u00e7 duyulursa personel geriye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131labilir gelmedi\u011fi taktirde i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rs\u0131n \u015feklinde g\u00f6zda\u011f\u0131 verilmesi do\u011fru de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n deprem ve pandemi gibi toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkileyen durumlarda izinden \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmas\u0131 normal kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir ve bunu hi\u00e7bir sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z sorgulamaz.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak normal i\u015f ak\u0131\u015f\u0131nda devam eden s\u00fcre\u00e7te yo\u011fun olaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ile mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re s\u00fcrekli izinden eleman \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmas\u0131 do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Bu birimlerde i\u015fleyi\u015fin devam etmesi i\u00e7in kal\u0131c\u0131 eleman takviyesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131 idarenin g\u00f6revi ve sorumlulu\u011fundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu tip uygulamalarda hangi arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla iznini kullanacak? \u0130darecilerimizin biraz olsun empati yaparak hasta memnuniyeti gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memnuniyetini de sa\u011flamas\u0131 gerekmez mi?<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer bir konu ise son zamanda uygulamaya ba\u015flanan y\u00fcz tan\u0131ma sistemi ile mesai giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kontrollerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ki\u015fisel verileri koruma Kanununun \u015fart ko\u015ftu\u011fu g\u00fcvenlik tedbirleri al\u0131nmadan, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana bilgi verilmeden, onay\u0131 al\u0131nmadan uygulaman\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Konu ile alakal\u0131 rekt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011fe vermi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz dilek\u00e7eye hen\u00fcz cevap verilmemi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca bu sistemin baz\u0131 meslek gruplar\u0131na uygulanmamas\u0131 e\u015fitlik ve adalet ilkesine de ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Bu konunun takip\u00e7isi olaca\u011f\u0131z ve t\u00fcm yasal haklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sonuna kadar kullanaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversite hastanelerinde kurum idari kurulu y\u0131lda iki kez toplan\u0131r. Yetkili sendika ve kurum temsilcilerinin de kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu toplant\u0131da al\u0131nan kararlar imza alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r ve uygulan\u0131r. Az \u00f6nce bahsetti\u011fimiz bu ve benzeri sorunlar yetkili sendika taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenme durumu var iken bu kurula hi\u00e7 iletilmemi\u015f, hatta yetkili sendika bu kurullara kat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
